This policy governs how beneficiaries may obtain access to information stored by a CheckiCover user.
Beneficiaries may be required to submit:
CheckiCover may conduct reasonable verification checks before releasing any information.
Only information relevant to the verified beneficiary claim may be released.
Beneficiary access is available where accounts remain active or are within an applicable retention period.
Following cancellation or non-payment, data may be retained for a limited period before permanent deletion.
CheckiCover is not liable where information cannot be retrieved due to account termination, expired retention periods, fraud prevention requirements or legal restrictions.
This policy may be amended from time to time.
